BizTalk Monitoring

I'm trying to create an alert using the BizTalk Server 2010-2013 Message Box and Orchestrations Performance Counters template found here: BizTalk Server 2010-2013 Message Box and Orchestrations Performance Counters and I am having no luck being able to set the alert to use any of the components listed therein. It's just not able to see them. Is there anything I could be missing?
