Help: database configuration error when installaing new polling engine

Hello,

This is the error:

Database configuration failed:   
    •  Could not Alter DataType of ViewsByDeviceType.ObjectType to char(1)Alter failed for Column 'ObjectType'.

Any ideas?  I am running 9.5 SP5 and have just purchased and am installing a 3rd polling engine.  This new polling engine lives in the same network as my SQL server and other engines, however, it lives in a different domain.  I have verified and reverified credentials are correct.

Um...  I don't know what changed but I deleted the software and reinstalled and it worked this time...  ??
