Timing difference between email notifications and phone messages from same alert?

I have a user that is noticing that notifications sent to his phone are coming 30+ minutes AFTER email notifications on the same alert. Is there something in Solarwinds that would cause this type of issue? Was working previously without issue, haven't made any changes.

SAM 6.1.1, QoE 1.0, IPAM 4.2, NPM 11.0.1, Storage 5.1.0, IVIM 1.10.0

Can you give some details on how the message is being sent to his phone? Is it another email to the email equivalent of his phone number (ie: verizon would be 1234567890@vtext.com), or via a pager board, or something else?

False alarm, apparently there was a network issue at the time I wasn't aware. Thanks.
