ALL,
We recently patched the server used as Orion NPM Hotstandby and KILLED it. It would not install when we tried repair install option.
We have a support case open with Solarwinds but please be warned before installing these MS Patches

I was forced to do a FULL uninstall (Repair did not work) and reinstall.
