Moving Orion NPM to Another Machine

I recently installed a licensed copy of Orion NPM on my PC. I need to get this software off of my PC onto another system.
1. Can I use the same license key generated for me?
2. Will this software run on Windows Server 2003 SP1 Standard Edition OS?

You can find complete instructions for moving Orion to a new server in the online manual at:

www.solarwinds.net/.../AdminGuide.htm

Visit Chapter 14 and scroll down to "Moving Orion NPM to a New Server/Computer".

In a nutshell, you will need a new/reset license key. Are you moving SQL as well?

Yes, I am moving the SQL also. I guess that means there's a DB that I need to save and move.
