single Device’s FAN problem

Hi,

i am facing a problem, in which i am getting number of alerts regarding fan is critical/ fan is up.

Solarwinds console showing me there are 3 fans in a device in which 1 is shutdown and other 2 are up

but when i check the device then there is only one fan is present in a device.

please help
