NPM diagnostic tool - Missing data collection

I am on a new job and went to run a diagnostic file for myself.

In the pop up box there is a small list of what I am used to seeing.

Also the pop up doesn,t allow me to specify the day count.

More notability the DBinfo folders are not present , What could cause this and how would I fix it.
