Solarwinds agent is not communicating. Some agents are in an unkown state. Agent status says running but no data being collected by Orion. Unable to restart agent from Orion.
any thoughts?
Are the FW ports between your servers and NPM open?

non of your agents are working?
have you tried using server initiated mode versus client initiated mode etc? what version are you on?
It is for windows or Linux server ? Are you able to telnet .
