sql open error when I logged in

After I log into NPM web site, screen will display:
SQL Open Error: Connection failure
If I log out and re-log in, sometime it will display normal.
are there any problem ?
2nd question
I have a router 7206 which config snmp view,and solarwinds can't get information from 7206.Do I need add any other snmp entity to make NPM works normal ?
snmp-server view test local included
snmp-server view test ciscoMgmt.48 included
snmp-server community cmbchina view test RO
3rd question
How many concurrent users NPM supports ? How to see that ? My server is 1.3g cpu and 1g ram.
4th question
Why NPM can't display catos port description like ios based router or switch ? I use "set port name" to write catos port description.
