Unable to Export Monitor Templates in SAM to File

I have a customer who is running Orion 2012.1.0 and SAM 5.0.1

When he attempts to Import/Export -> "Export as File" he reports that the system prompts to him that it is "Exporting to thwack" instead.

Has anyone observed this behavior?

I can honestly say I've never seen, nor heard anything similar reported below. It's possible that it could be a browser issue. Have they tried using a different computer and/or browser? Also, SAM 5.0.x is no longer supported, so I would recommend they upgrade to something more current. SAM 6.1.1 is the latest release, with SAM 6.2 currently in beta.
