Most Expensive Queries in AppInsight for SQL not displaying Host and Login information

The new AppInsight for SQL feature is absolutely amazing. However I am having one issue with the "Most Expensive Queries" resource. All of the query data shows in the display grid except for almost all of the Host and Login information. The query from SolarWinds SAM shows up just fine except for any other query in the list.

It is important that we can see who\what\where a query is running from for troubleshooting and audit purposes. Is this something that SolarWinds SAM can capture, or is there something I am missing here?

*We have NPM 10.6 and SAM 6.0 installed.

Host name and username information appears for user initiated queries. Stored procedures, which have no such username or host associated with them, will not show information in those columns.
