accept SNMP packets from these hosts on windows

having two hosts can this create any problems of any kinds, no matter how far fetch.. I have a server guy who said having two hosts crashes his VM windows 2008 server.

I am just looking for some feedback from thwack_ community,.

I have not come across any problem like this.

Do you have any error references to see where and how the server is crashing; at what point does it crash, what aspect of the OS crashes and any error messages etc.
