Orion 7.8 falsely reports 100% mem util

Hi there,

Has anyone else come across a problem where Orion falsely reports that a cisco device's memory utilisation is 100%?

For example, we get a message like this:

19/01/2006 05:23 AM Alert: Percent Memory Used on <<router_name>> is 100 %

But on investigation, the router has never exhausted memory.

A clue might be that it reported this for all devices (routers, switches and firewalls) at a single remote site just before we lost connectivty to the site (circuit down).

Any help appreciated...
