8.5.1 Masquerading as 8.1

I recently upgraded my Orion additional web server from 8.1 to 8.5.1. While the upgrade was successful, the actual appearance of the web interface looks no different than it did under 8.1. Though the version at the bottom of the screen properly reflects 8.5.1 it looks just like 8.1.

For example here is what my all nodes looks like on my additional web server

And this is what it should and does look like on my Orion Server

Even the NTA on my additional server looks like 2.0 despite properly displaying v2.2

I've done the obvious. I ran a repair on the installation but that have no effect. I then proceeded to uninstall the additional web server components. Just for good measure I deleted c:\inetpub\solarwinds and c:\Program Files\Solarwinds and then reinstalled. Unbelievably this didn't solve the problem. I've tried viewing from different computers running different operating systems using different browsers but still my Orion 8.5.1 additional web server looks like 8.1. Oh, and yes I cleared my browser cache.

Does anyone have an idea what I might be doing wrong here?

Hmm. I should have noticed this earlier but the URLs are different.

This is the URL of my working server

http://myorionserver/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?viewid=1&netobject=

And this is the URL of my additional web server.

https://additionalwebserver/NetPerfMon/View.asp?NetObject=

I tried taking the path from my working Orions server and tacking that onto the additional web server as such

https://additionalwebserver/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?viewid=1&netobject=

But that returned the following error

Orion Website Error

An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Looks like there is a problem with the configuration of your additional web server. It is showing the "old" website.

Please open a support ticket and include diagnostics gathered from the additional web server + the file c:\windows\system32\Inetsrv\Metabase.xml

Case # 24451.

I should point out since you'll see in the metabase anyway, that this web server is hosting about 10 web sites. The Orion Additional Web Server is just one of these sites. I'm trying to be extra careful not to disrupt the other nine.
