Error while configuring Orion Core Service Component Orion Job Engine plugin.

I was installing SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor on Winders Server 2012 Standard Edition and I encounter error while configuring Orion Core Service Component Orion Job Engine plugin.

It says Credentials do not exist and cannot be created. Whats could be the problem.
