Major APM 2 problems after NPM 9.1 install

Hi All,

Any help will be appreciated. I've just upgraded from NPM 9.0 to 9.1. After the install, I lost all sight of applications monitored in the management console & the simple right-click abilty to add apps has vanished. In the APM web console, I cannot add anything as many buttons do not work, appear as 'X's, and I cannot follow most of the steps in the manual as I can't get beyond step 3 in the APM builder. Ideally, I would like to add all the previously monitored items as simple SNMP-monitored processes.

I have uninstalled and re-installed APM twice, but the problems remain. I cannot install APM SP2 - It opens a CMD window which produces an eternal iteration of "path not found".

Have you installed NPM 9.1 SP3? Have you re-run the configuration wizard? If you *have* done these things, then please open a Support ticket so that we can help figure out the problem.
