6.2 Install Question

Hopefully an easy question - is the upgrade installation to 6.2 completely offline? My SAM server has very limited external internet connectivity, which unfortunately includes both SolarWinds & Thwack availability. Don't want to get partway through the install and see it fail because it's trying to grab something from the site.

Yes, the install is completely self-contained. The only potential exception could be if you need to update the license keys, but there's an offline option available for that.

That said, it's probably in your best interest to see what you can do about getting access to at least the Solarwinds site from that server to faciliatate any future support requests.
