I tried to upgrade SAM to 6.5 but encounter following message with the Setup Wizard.
Any idea what is the issue? I encounter the same issue with both online and offline installer.
Can you provide more information? What products do you already have and what are you trying to upgrade? Is it just SAM or more products are involved? I'd recommend to collect diagnostics and open a case with support.
I have NPM, NTA, SAM and VIM on the poller. VMAN is still on appliance.
I tried to upgrade SAM to version 6.5.
I have support ticket 21123 open pending for support response.
What version are you running on your VMan appliance? Needs to be at least at 7.2 to keep the integration running if I recall correctly.
VMAN is 8.0.0.1818.
Anyway, the issue had resolve by itself. I managed to launch the setup wizard without issue 2 days after my post.
I had successfully upgraded SAM to 6.5.
