Where's the BEST support documentation to troubleshoot SQL User Experience monitor?

My DBA needs documentation to troubleshoot why we have these errors on some SQL servers when others work fine.

Where is the best documentation for this?

Turns out that it was a 'special permissions' issue using the 'master' database with our SQL 2005 servers.

It did work w/o issue for those SQL 2000 systems but needed these extra permissions set on any SQL 2005 systems.

For your 'common' domain account set it to grant ‘VIEW SERVER STATE’.
