Is it possible for Orion to monitor Server Uptime and any other server availability management areas?

You can monitor uptime through SNMP, with the caveat that the uptime is really a measure of the SNMP service, and not the entire server (last I checked anyway, someone please correct me if I am wrong)
SAM (Server and Application Monitor) will undoubtedly have some solid functionality for this as well.
