- Do not like to use the software "NotePage."

A brief comment with my need:

- I am attaching a GSM smartphone via USB cable to the server and Orion'm choosing "PC Suite" of smarphone;

My idea:

- Instead of sending email, send a SMS alert;

I've just configure this in our network And it works great.

SMS messages are sent after hours via the cinterion MC35 device using NotePager Pro.

I have been running pagegate for over a year to do this. We have a pots line to a modem that hangs off our SWS server. I have configured critical alerts to be delivered to email and SMS to our on call pager. Works great. Only issue we have is getting the on call engineer to actually pay attention to the alerts.

Sending SMS is only for those cases in which the structure is OFF.
