8.5.1 Orion Website Error

I just saw 8.5.1 was available and after not being able to get 8.5 website to work correctly I was expecting this one to be fixed. I first tried an upgrade, and it seemed to be "OK" except I got an error about SNMPv7.dll failed to register with HRESULT -2147220473. I got the error below so tried a fresh uninstall/reinstall. I’m stilling getting the error when I try to login to the web console. I tried both pass-though, and named login using the admin account but both return the same error.

Anyone know what is going on with this?  I have tried contacting support when I was having problems with 8.5, but still have not had a response yet.  I left support another message today so maybe Ill get a call on Monday.

The original Case # 20357 was for problems with v8.5 now continuing into 8.5.1.

I went back, and deleted all the files for the website, and then reran the config wizard. I only selected the website, and it reinstalled the whole thing. Now I am able to at least use the site again

A few problems:

1. I cannot use hostheaders, and have multiple sites running on port 80 it does not seem to work. Start getting the same error again.

2. Cannot change the port the website was originally created I get another error.

I just upgraded from 8.1 to 8.5.1, and now my website doesn't work AT ALL. I don't even get any error messages...just 'Page cannot be displayed". I can't even browse the site from Computer Management->IIS. I got one error during the initial run of config wizard: "Failed updating ASP.NET" script maps." However, I re-ran the wizard, and it sailed smoothly through the ASP.NET installation section.

One item to note...this server is not connected to the Internet, so it couldnt' get any ASP.NET Updates unless I manually install them. The server does have .NET 3.0 installed, and the utility I downloaded from MS to install 3.0 wouldn't run b/c it said it was already installed.

I'm stopped/started all services, re-ran the config wizard many times, with no luck. If anybody has any idea, please respond...my Orion website is completely dead in the water.

I did just open a support ticket with a priority of urgent.

UPDATE: There's a problem with the ISAPI filters. Here are the errors that show up every time somebody tries to hit the webpage:
