Hello...I know I've seen many, many Thwack posts on how to generate emails when a managed Cisco device loses a fan or power supply but I still can't seem to get this working. I have the devices managed, added Cisco fan and power supply pollers and have configured and tested SMTP emails.
I do have the cisco-envom-mib loaded and verified.
Our NPM is version 12.2.
Again, I sincerely apologize to ask this question when there are hundreds of entries already discussed, but I've been searching and trying various things for months without success.
All of our managed Cisco routers and switches are a year old or less.
Any help is much appreciated!
