devices with multiple ips

Motorola has an snmp managable product with multiple ips. When interrogating a device by one ip, the snmp response may come back from a different ip. Would SolarWinds manager be able to match snmp replies from a device with the matching request, even if the reply is from a different ip (matching responses to queries by request id instead of ip)?

Yep, Part of the SNMP packet is a RequestID so the Response can be matched up with the request if the source IP of the reply is different from the destination IP address of the request.
