APM 3.5 - NO predefinted templates - newbie help?

have fresh NPM 10.1 installed and monitoring devices for a couple weeks now.  Just installed APM 3.5.  I don't see any of the pre-defined templates (e.g. Sql Server Query, Microsoft SQL 2008, etc). 

I'm looking under APM Settings -> Start assigning application monitors and all I saw was "Create new template".  Do I need to do something to get the predefined templates?  I posted a screenshot

 

PS this is in a staging center that won't have internet access yet for another couple of days.

Hello,

You are correct. The predefined templates should all be listed in the "All" category in your screenshot, instead of the 2 templates you created. Perhaps this is related to the fact that "this is in a staging center that won't have internet access yet for another couple of days."

In the meantime, you may want to enter a support ticket (http://www.solarwinds.com/support/ticket/) so that support can troubleshoot your issue.
