something i've discovered is with using Visio. i'll try to explain it.

i usually remote into the Orion server and run Network Atlas from there. But back at my desktop where i have Visio, i bring up any stencil used in my various network diagrams/drawings. i highlight it with COPY - then using the clipboard - i remote back to the Orion server where i'm working on a map and do a PASTE. the visio object - the pretty ones - get pasted on the Orion network map and look really cool.

i hope you own Visio or something similar and can try this technique. good luck!

does solarwinds have any other image libraries that can be used? The default one is not quite 'dashboard worthy'. If not, any ideas where to find some good images for network\app monitoring dashboards?
