Can't "read" a Baystack 350F-HD switch

Hey all, I'm trying to get my NPM to see a Nortel Baystack 350F-HD switch and I'm not having any luck. The switch is configured with public as the read community. I can do a Network Discovery on the switch's IP address, and NPM can see there's something there but when I get to the import phase NPM says there's nothing to import. When I go to my Engineers' Toolset and run MIBwalk I can test my credentials against the switch and get "Credentials test passed" but when I run the walk it never connects with the switch. Has anyone gotten NPM to work on a Baystack switch? I checked online to see if there were any MIBs available (that puts me beyond my limited SNMP experience) but I couldn't find any. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, here's an interesting discovery--the IP Network Browser in my Engineers' Toolset can see everything in the switch using the same SNMP community name. I double-checked and the SNMP configuration in the switch is correct for both servers. Any ideas on why that's happening?
