ODBC user experience monitor for DB2 not working

Hi All,

I have created an ODBC user experience monitor for our DB2 database.  The test results was success during the configuration stage.

However, it was not actived (grey color instead of green) in the APM application summary monitoring screen.  When I clicked to view the details, both application and component status were in "unknown" status.

While the component status details stated :  Unexpected error occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Please refer to the attached screen dump for your reference.

Any idea to fix this problem ?

this seems to be an internal error in APM, please open a support ticket for this case.
