When I upgrate from 12.1 NCM 7.6 > 12.2 & NCM 7.7 I dont see any offline APE & AWS?..
How do I upgrate the APE and AWS ?
On your webserver/ape, navigate to Polling Engines (or Web Settings) page and there on the top you'll see the button "Download installer" (or if your machines don't have the browser installed, just download it to whatever machine and copy it there afterwards). Connect it through the wizard to the primary poller and the installers should get automatically download and install to the APE/AWS. So in fact you can be online, just need to see the primary poller (that you need to see anyways).
