I recently applied AppInsight for Exchange to our exchange servers and I have everything functioning with the exception of one unknown. The unknown is "Server Mailboxes" and I can't seem to find any information as to the specific data it's trying to poll. I believe it's causing the overall database status to be gray, typical with SolarWinds monitors. Can anyone tell me what statistic this script is polling and even better if anyone has the script I can just look at that. This particular component cannot be disabled so I really need to understand what's failing. I have four exchange servers, this component is only gray on three of them and no, the one it's not a problem is not the active server. All four servers are the same OS, same patch level, same WinRM settings...can someone point in one direction or another, would appreciate it.
