An I/O error when installing the OrioWireless

I download the "SolarWinds-Orion-Eval "from the website,and install it sucessfully ,its function is so wonderful~
but when i install the "OrionWirelessNetworks-V8-Eval" and "OrionApplicationMonitor-V8-Eval",it announce that"An I/O error occurred while installing a file.This is normally caused by bay installation media or corrupt installation file" ,the installation is fail.
But i use NPM so well,all things seem so perfect.So anyone else meet the same problem ?
