problem upgrading APM 2.5 to 3.0

At present running NPM 9.5 sp4 and APM 2.5 on Windows 2003 attempted to up upgrade to APM 3.0 and received the following message - "Invalid Core Configuration value. The Registry value at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Solarwinds\Orion\Core\Configuration is not valid.

Anyone had this problem?

This is a known issue (recorded as FB881) and we do have a workaround for it. Please open a case with the support staff and they will assist you with restoring that registry value.
