problem opening web interface of NPM SL250 & NCM

Hi,

I have problem opening web interface of SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor 9.5 SP3, SL250 & NCM.

On internet explorer I receive error "website found, waiting for reply"

On mozilla firefix I receive "waiting for "servername" ..... "

On the same server I have installation of IP monitor end its web interface is working with out problem.

On the server I have more than 2.7 GB available physical memory, and CPU utilization is lass then 15%.

If i reset web publishing service on the server I can open web interfaces, but after some time i have same situation, I can not open the web interfaces.

Any idea why?

What else can I check?

Did this problem recently start occurring? If so, has anything changed on the server recently?

Yesterday I had to reset web publishing service for 4 times during working hours. To day I did it only once.

Before I noticed the problem I installed SP3 for NPM , and I add few custom device pullers. That is all that I did to the server.
