Polling Engine Error Status after Licensing

Hello everbody,

i have a problem with the orion NPM. I've just updated the NPM from Trial to a licensed version. But now when I take a look in the Web Interface under Admin->Polling Engines I get an Error getting Status

Error getting status Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'NetPerfMonService.Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{E22ABE9C-0DFF-4CAF-AE86-410243A456DE}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).

Another thing is that it still says the Web Engine is *testing purpose only

All other things work fine....Anyone a Solution for that or do i have to reinstall the whole Server?

My licensed version also says its "Web Engine is *testing purpose only"...

This is a known bug in 9.5, namely the wording
