How to create a report that shows "asset inventory" data for all nodes

Can someone walk me through the steps for creating a report that shows all the asset inventory that is collected by Orion for each of the nodes that I have in Orion? I'm looking for fields like

SYSTEM NAME

IP ADDRESS
Hardware

Manufacturer

Model

Serial Number/Service Tag

Operating System

Hard Drive Model

Video Card

Sound Card

Firmware Version

Network Interface Name

Network Interface Model

Total RAM

Processor

Can someone help? When I try to create the report it seems like I can only choose one node for the report, and I want all nodes.

Check to see if you are doing any filtering on the content field.

Either go with Custom SQL Reports as mentioned in the previous post or go with the good old Report Writer available on your Primary Poller.

1. Login into your Solarwinds Primary Poller

2. Start -> All Programs -> Solarwinds Orion -> Alerting,Reporting, and Mapping -> Report Writer

3. Create a New Report -> Inventory (Select Report type : Inventory)

Try other types of Reports as well that suits your requirement , then you can link them up using a web based report as required

Hi Vinay. I do not see the Alerting, Reporting, and Mapping option under All Programs \ Solarwinds Orion. Do you think that I can add this as a Plugin? I am trying to get an Asset Inventory of all the servers, workstation and other network devices and get a detailed report., I have only licenses for Orion NCM, SAM and Network Performance Monitor.

Do you think it would be possible to generate a report?
