v8.0.1 basic alert action missing

I've just asked the same problem to the support, but i'm wondering if somone has experienced the same problem and/or can help:
after the upgrade all the alert action in the basic alert are missing. in the alert.log I can see the following message:
gen-24 02.34.13.00 : 4884 : Could not create Alert Action (SWAlertActions.EmailAction)
gen-24 04.38.16.00 : 4884 : Could not create Alert Action (SWAlertActions.AlertLogging)
have you any idea about it?

This looks like a corrupt install. Have you tried a reinstall?

David I have this same problem - this after troubleshooting SNMP Trap Receiver in another one of my posts, as well as ticket # 25131. Some Basic Alerts are firing, others are not.
