SQL Defragmentation Automation

I am trying to wrangle my fleet of SQL servers, and one of my biggest challenges is index fragmentation. I would like to automate that from Solarwinds if at all possible. Can I react to the triggering of an alert with both paging and with the running on a SQL query to defrag the database firing the alert? Using the latest version for NCM and SAM.

It is doable to use Orion alerts to trigger a sqlcmd based script but it is probably not necessary if you have a reasonable maintenance plan in place. I find that the default appinsight for sql template is probably too sensitive about index fragmentation out of the box. It will often complain about fragmentation being critical where it really only add hundredths of a millisecond to queries.
