Wanting to upgrade

i have inherited the Orion system for a contractor who did not keep it up to date. It is currently version 8.0.67, and I want to update it so I can get the full use of the product. Mainly some custom MIBs that are listed, but I can access with this version of the product.

So I goto Solarwinds site, and go into our customer portal. I can download SP3 for 8.5, but I can not get a full download to 8.5.

What is the best path for upgrade here?

Oh we have a bunch of custom maps and devices setup, if that sways the logic a little.

If you can't see 8.5, you may have an issue with your maintenance. If you're not up to date, you won't have access to newer versions. You can call customer service and solve the maintenance issue (which will, as you might expect, cost money) and then you can upgrade from 8 to 8.5. Just to add incentive, if you have maintenance, you'll get 9.0 for free later this year, and 9.0 promises to be the biggest release we've done in many years.
