Orion Report Scheduler not sending html email

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Orion report scheduler. I have a test scheduled and when I run the test and set it to send the web page as html it does not send the email. When I switched it to send the page as a PDF, the email gets through.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I just tried to make a new report and got the same thing. Trying to send page as HTML does not email, and trying to send page as PDF does email. My PDF page has an error on it that it can't create the PDF, but it still goes through to my email.

I got this working now. I had to check the box that said retrieve a printable version of this page. I also had to check the send orion username/password in URL box.

Yes, after I changed the admin login password, it started working correctly. Thanks for the help.

Our problem was that neither the PDF`s nor the HTML emails was sent.

The solution: Instead of using an "Active Directory" account (domain\user) on the "Orion Web Login"-tab, we used a "Orion Account". (Create a new account named "Reports" or similar)
