Juniper SRX 100 Response Time and Packet Loss doesn't show

Good Day,

Does anyone have any issues polling the Juniper SRX 100 devices. I am getting all the statistics on throughput link status, device status, traps, syslogs and also ssh2 access. Oddly enough we are not getting the Average response time and packet loss to show on the graphs. Can anyone give me any guidance to this issue, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Found the issue, I am using a second polling engine which is a bit underutilized and was more than 5 minutes out of sync with the SQL Database. I fixed the clock skew, deleted the device (would not delete until the clock skew was fixed). Re-added the device and everything came up displaying all the parameters, response time and packet loss included. Thank you.
