Orion NPM Remote Desktop doesn't work from Firefox

I am unable to use the Remote Desktop option through a Firefox browser. It works through IE with the mstscax.dll add-on, but I can't find one for Firefox.

Does anyone know where the add-on is available, or have a workaround?
