Status and Vendor Icons not showing in Email Alert

Hi Guys

I am using O365 (Mail) and email properties are set to display in HTML.

However, when adding the 'Icon' variables (Status and Vendor) into the message body of any email Alert I receive the following.

I am seeing the icons in any Reports created in SolarWinds but not in the Alerts. What have I missed?

Sorry, just been looking at this for a customer and I don't think it is possible.

I've managed it on our Solarwinds install. It was just a case of locating the files to reference via an image tag.

The link on our install is "http://solarwinds/netperfmon/images/up.gif" all of the images are in that folder.

So in order to incorporate them into the Email alert I have a line as below:

<span style='font-size:12pt'>Alert Severity - ${N=Alerting;M=Severity} | Status - <img src="http://solarwinds/NetPerfMon/images/${N=SwisEntity;M=StatusLED}" alt="${N=SwisEntity;M=StatusLED}" align="middle" height="19"></span>

On alerts against interfaces and volumes I've had to alter the string to the below.

<span style='font-size:12pt'>Alert Severity - ${N=Alerting;M=Severity} | Status - <img src="http://bch-solarwinds/NetPerfMon/images/${N=SwisEntity;M=Node.StatusLED}" alt="${N=SwisEntity;M=Node.StatusLED}" align="middle" height="19"></span>
