I have a new bug to report.

When you create a new alert everything is fine. Sometimes-- maybe all the time, not sure-- when you go back to EDIT that alert, the email address ("Email/Pager Recipients") "TO" field gets a mystery 'CC' appended to it for some reason. This also interferes with the delivery of the alert for obvious reasons (address doesn't exist, for the obviously-challenged...)
