Is there a way in solaewinds to choose historical data.
ex: I want to look at database locking activity like before 10 minutes
Of course! There are several different methods for accessing historical data within Orion. Virtually any chart you'll find in Orion has quick access zoom range selectors you can click on to quickly view the last 1, 12, or 24 hours. Clicking on a Component itself takes you to the "Component Details" view where you have additional charting options.
Clicking on the "Export" Button takes you to the "Custom Chart Details" view where you have full control over the timeframe.
Here you can specify relative timeframes (Last Month, Last Year, etc.) or absolute timeframes (8:30PM Tuesday October 15th 2014 to 7:20 Friday November 17th 2014)
