APM: Exchange 2010 Advanced Templates from SolarWinds Staff - No Thresholds Set?

Is there any reason why the thresholds are not automatically set for the Exchange 2010 Advanced Templates?  I received these from the Thwack Exchange and they were created by Solar Winds staff. Please see screencap.

This example is for the Exchange 2010 Edge Transport Role Counters (Advanced).

However, I found empty thresholds for these as well: 

Exchange 2010 Client Access Role Counters (Advanced), Exchange 2010 Hub Transport Role Counters (Advanced), Exchange 2010 Mailbox Role Counters (Advanced), and Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging Role Counters (Advanced)

Why are these blank?

The thresholds are environment sensitive so you set them to fit your case. If we set them to some arbitrary level that could give you a false sense that they are automatically correct for each user.
