how monitor template exchanger 2010

I would like the help of you in relation to monitoring the Template below. What must we do so that services can be monitored in red?

It's likely the node you have applied the "Exchange 2010 Client Access Role Counters (Advanced)" template too is not running the CAS (Client Access) role.The only other possibility is that there's something wrong with your Perfmon database. I recommend opening Perfmon.exe on that server and looking for the "MSExchange OWA" category. If by chance it is listed please post a screenshot of what appears for instances when you select "Requests/sec".
