I am running NPM 10.4.2 . We are getting intermittent incorrect polling data. We know this to be the case, because occasionally we will find instances where a particular polling interval will report higher than the interface is physically capable of. This is happening across many devices (All Cisco if it matters). The only thing I can think to blame is the fact that the polling machine is being taxed pretty hard. The CPU is always hovering around 80%. I would like to confirm from anyone who has knowledge of how the polling data is recorded / computed. Could a delay caused by CPU utilization, cause polling data to be skewed?
