Universal poller stopped working

So I have 6 or 7 custom pollers pulling info back from a UPS. Out of the blue the temperature one stopped working. All the rest continue to function fine. If I edit the poller and run a test it pulls back fine.

What might be the issue?

Had a similar problem after I upgraded to NPM 10. Support did the same thing on my server and polling started up again.
