I upgraded my Orion/APM/VoIPmonitor server from 9.1 SP5 to 9.5 last week.
I also had to upgrade VoIPM from 2.0 to 2.1.
Has anyone noticed that Report Writer reports have changed &/or broken since moving to V9.5? Not sure if this is only affecting VoIP reports, or they all behave this way.
I send out 2 daily VoIP Score reports every morning. Since the upgrade, one says "No Reports Selected".
I had to go back and change the URL in the Report Scheduler - not cool if you have 100s of reports.
The formatting of the report was also lost and I had to reformat the report fields to make the report readable. Even then, something must have changed in the Report Writer engine as now it calculates average latency down to the femto-second.
Finally, the e-mail for this report was 57Kb in size last week before the upgrade.
This week it is 1Mb in size, which will fill up everyone's mailbox in very short order.
