Permission level for managing applications?

Does a user need Admin admin rights to be able to manage application monitors on a node with APM?

It seems to me that a more granular permission structure would be favorable.  Maybe a few different permissions such as Manage Users, Manage Applications, and allow the Manage Node permission to permit users to assign applicaitons to the nodes that they can manage.

Just a thought as I keep finding that I have to give more and more people full Admin access to Orion so they can do just one thing.

We control who can manage nodes via a custom property. eg a property called permit_exc_admins, specify a Y on the exchange servers for that property, then tie the exchange admins down to just that property. we then allow them to manage nodes. this works brilliantly for the actual node, but it doesnt apply to APM.

I would like to see APM to be able to work in the same way as manage nodes. idealy creating and editing templates should be tied down to "real admins" but applying existing templates to nodes should be able to be  delegated
